User's post on July 24, Hi there Thank you for your response, There are several factors that may cause this issue. Yes Are there any recent changes on your device prior to this issue?

I have never had any such problem up to a few weeks ago, when I noticed that error was not a one-off but coming up it seems every time I performed the above-mentioned actions, ie that involved overwriting or deleting files of applications. I'm sure something about the recent Windows Updates or with Creators Update have something to do with it, but cannot say what, esp.

Not sure what to do about it, as it comes without warning. Thank you in advance.
